repackaged acupuncture unit

If you look for cheap electrotherapy acupuncture units, you will find this same unit for 1/3 this price. It is cheaply made and flimsy. I returned mine.There are indeed no real instructions, and while it does indeed work and will provide an inexpensive introduction to estim, I don't think it will do much more than give you just the slightest taste of estim.The included programs are more for muscle and meridian stim and not real estim, and while it is capable of a reasonable strength,the programs don't use it often or long enough, and you have no option to adjust much at all. The lack of controls and narrow range of programs does not allow real experimentation.If you just want to explore the feel of estim, get one of the less expensive versions of this same device and save yourself $20 or more. Then, if you really like the experience, start looking for a nicer TENS/Muscle machine to take the exploration further. I notice that the LGMed devices, which I really like, are no longer available on Amazon, but there is a similar unit, TENS 7000, still available.This is a field where items change often, you will find models coming and going, and not enough continuity for my taste.I also think that most dedicated estim devices are overpriced. I would really like to see a serious entry in this field in the $60 to $100 range that stays around a while.

Fun, but lacks documentation

This thing has eight, interesting pre-programmed routines. There are many different effects that it generates. However, the only controls available are the program number, the intensity, and a timer. There is no explanation of what each mode does, nor is there any feedback on the display to indicate what sensation is being delivered at the moment. This makes it fun for self-stimulation, but leaves you guessing about what it is doing to someone else.It's a good, highly affordable introduction to e-stim, but now, I really want an ErosTek.

For Those Who Are Curious, Not Brave

The device itself is self-explanatory and not intimidating at all. It appears to be a re-branded TENS unit, as the human diagram on the screen indicates placing the silicone pads in various positions that I assume are for therapeutic purposes (back, shoulders, etc) and not for electrosex (DO NOT place the pads in such a way that the electric current could pass through the heart, head or spine--keep it below the waist, basically).If you think you might be into electro play, pick one of these up and give it a try or three. Note: I would also recommend purchasing at least one of the attachments, as the sensation is somewhat different (and more intense) than when using the pads.
