Holy crap this is powerful

Wow, great "bang" in such a little device. It has several modes, what you might expect when you think of a "shock", where you can vary the speed and intensity. Other modes include a more constant electric charge -- very tortuous! Another mode has a longer timer where it turns on and off unexpectedly, which can be intense.The package includes 4 pads. I think you have to use all 4 pads at once for it to complete the circuit and work. It feels like the pads will lose their stickiness over a couple uses, but they sell extras.

It works great, very powerful, first 2 power levels was good for me. If you are a little on the wild side this could be for you. Tie your mate to the bed and blindfold them, be kind and take turns, you both can have fun.

Never worked...

This product did not work for me at all... it was defective right from the get-go. It never seemed to get any battery life. This is not the only defective product I have gotten from this company, nor is it the only product I've gotten from this company that hasn't worked as advertised, and I have ordered this company's products from other websites other than Amazon just to make sure it wasn't Amazon that was the problem (it's not). I ordered this unit from Amazon and another company. Both units seemed to get no battery power (I tried old batteries, newish batteries, and brand new batteries). Both units, when they turned on, showed one bar of battery life, and after the 15 second warm-up, both devices shut off. I checked the connections, I checked to make sure the adhesive pads were on properly, and nothing seemed to work to make the unit work. This was TWO units this happened with. Talk to someone who uses these kinds of products on a regular basis and/or who have used them for a long time to see what brand they would recommend, etc., because this brand obviously has some issues.
