I ordered this stainless steel key ring... or so I thought! Way too big

Once I got this in the mail, I was determined to have this inserted. But after a month and a half, I've given up. No matter what I try (lubes, favorite movies) I still cannot fit this in without extreme pain due to it being too wide for me. If you buy this, make sure you can really fit 10mm inside yourself!
