Ok, so I can see why for some people this (and similar products) could get bad reviews. If you don't know how to use it, or don't experiment with it to find what you personally enjoy this product might be confusing.I personally received all the pieces and it was delivered in only a few days. It was packaged correctly and discretely by amazon. It came out of the box clean (however as people should note, ALWAYS clean products like this before use).As for actual usage: the suction was exactly what I was looking for. There are many types of "enlargers" as opposed to a light play pump. Many of the enlargers suction is so hard and focused (because of nothing but a small plastic or glass tube) that it is anywhere from mildly to extremely painful.This product gives light suction when using the two covers provided, or a harder suction if you remove the cover. I had one of these a few years ago when I was less into suction, and mainly enjoyed it with the covers on. However now being more experienced I can take the cover off and carefully use it as a stronger pump. It is important to read about pumping in order to get the best effect. If you use this without the clear pads it is used as any other pump (pump for 20-30 seconds, release, then again 30-40 seconds, release) doing that will let the suction bring more blood flow to that area making it more sensitive. (it is not meant to be left on for long periods of time)With the covers the suction is light enough that you can leave it on for long periods of time and use the extremely strong vibrator in the handle. I agree with another review that it is a little loud, but worth it for the strength of the vibration. I have owned many different products including very expensive ones, and none have matched the intensity of this toy.In summary: this is a great product if you are looking into suction or even enlargement products (a good cheap buy if you just want to try the sensation) and if all else fails and it's not for you, your money isn't wasted thanks to the quality and intense vibrator.

not enough suction

I should have listened to all the negative reviews, but curiosity got the best of me. The vibration is okay, but the suction is very weak.
