This probably the best product of this type for the money. The gauge is invaluable to monitor ones usage so as not to cause damage and to slowly increase pull over months and years. If ones starts at a low HG vacuum pressure and builds up over a long time and backs off if one develops blood blisters or problems and recoups for a week or more, this can be used for general permanent lengthening. 20 minutes a day. After 4 years of trying on and off with several different techniques I like this one. I'm up to 10 HG which would seriously damage a newbie but over time I've built up tolerance like any other stretching or hard to do physical endurance activity. Only a fool goes too fast. Start at 3HG.Important addition:One should use a stretchable type medical wrap, wound slightly around what your stretching and enlarging to keep excess fluid build up from under the skin. 2 inch wide overlapped 50% all the way to base. Experiment. Too tight not enough expansion and possible blue at the tip and too loose, fluid build up. Always keep it natural color.

When I wanted to purchase this thing I only saw one review on it. Im always a little sketched out with those one review products. Anywhoo, this thing rocks. I cant imagine it breaking and its more powerful then I can see anybody wanting. I can only stand it up to the 5 notch before it hurts and it goes to 30!! Insertable length is a little over 8. If youre bigger then that, you probably want something else. Once again..SUPER powerful. Pretty sure you could explode your dingus with this thing.

powerful pump indeed!

Item works very well and is easy to use. it has measurement on the glass too (in cm thou). Having the guage built into the cylinder is nice. I typically use this product when in the shower every other day. At first i would use this every day but became sore each day after. I would certainly recommend this to others if you don't mind spending a little more $ on an upgraded sleeve... I really like this product. with the original seal that came with the pump, after slowly increasing vacuum pressure sometimes it would feel like the sack above your testicals was beginning to get sucked up into the cylinder (the sensation is slow at first so I would have to release to pressure a bit). With the new seal, I no longer have that problem.UPDATE 4\10\13: After using this pump for a little less than week, the rubber suction seal split down the side. I had to reorder an upgraded (thinker) seal. I ordered the "California Exotics Universal Sleeve For Pumps". I only took 1 star off because of the weak seal is too thin to last for any kind of long term use.UPDATE 5\6\13: The new seal has not split and is quality made, plus it has a way better seal than the original. After a month of regular use I have noticed a thickening of my penis (both erect and flaccid, but no MAJOR gains, which I knew would happen.) Gains of any sort are going to take time and patience. I watched a review on YouTube of a guy using this product for a about 3 months and gained an inch in length and more so in width (he tracked his progress in excel).I think this pump would be good for having sex as well in the aspect of staying harder longer, if you have issues with that sort of thing. However you would have to use it at a constant pressure for 15-20 minutes before engaging in sex, plus the penis will be engorged with blood with you'll be temperately thicker which might hurt your partner if you are somewhat big already ;)
